She expanded the branch from four to eight recruiters in under a year, driving growth and performance. Her leadership earned her the Adecco Search $300K Club Award in 2021.
Kallie’s recruitment career began at Robert Half, where she focused on IT talent acquisition. She worked with major tech companies like Microsoft and Oracle to place professionals in web development, cybersecurity, and technical support roles. Her ability to match candidates with the right roles consistently exceeded client expectations and recruitment goals.
Before joining Adecco, Kallie gained valuable experience in healthcare recruitment at MedWorking, placing top physicians, nurses, and medical professionals. She also developed client retention programs and business growth strategies in sales and marketing at Go Global Travel.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, and staying involved in her children’s sports and activities. She is also active in volunteer events throughout the Dallas area.
